Absolutely captivated by the beauty and dynamism of the United Arab Emirates. The blend of tradition and innovation is truly inspiring. As someone who appreciates both the game of football and the art of business, I see a lot of parallels in UAE’s approach to growth and development. Looking forward to more opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth. I must say, the video is a testament to the spirit and resilience of the people of the United Arab Emirates. Their warmth, hospitality, and progressive mindset shine through every frame. It’s heartening to see such unity and determination in their stride towards the future. The video itself is beautifully crafted, capturing the essence of the UAE in all its glory. Kudos to the creators for such a remarkable piece of work.

As an Emirati citizen myself, I can confirm that these perks are present however, Abdullah didn’t mention the certain criteria they require you to have before actually getting the benefits. Specially that year by year it gets harder to obtain the benefit or sometimes the benefit itself can be changed. In terms of the marriage compensation, it is now given as a loan that you have to pay back in the specified time they provide, your salary has to be within a certain threshold to even get the benefit. There are also certain criteria for the wife and husband. Land and housing in AD also is another story, it’s not like once you apply you will get it directly. First of all if the land is given, it is given in very far places and you cannot choose where you can live and you also need to wait around 10 years minimum since the date of your application to get the infrastructure needed for the land they gave you in the middle of nowhere. The ready villas also have certain criteria and if you meet the criteria, you will take a loan to buy it. Yes, having a subsidized loan through the government is nice (lower interest rates) but you don’t get it for free which was the case for the older generations. Basically, our generation’s perks are not the same as the older generations’ perks.

Sounds like everywhere else in the world: Diminishing perks for the younger generations.
