Beverly Hills is a city in Los Angeles County, California. Located within 5.71 square miles.
The city is home to many celebrities, luxury hotels, and the Rodeo Drive shopping district.
Most residents live in the "flats" of Beverly Hills, which is a relatively flat land that slopes away from the hills, and includes all of Beverly Hills south of Sunset Blvd. and north of Santa Monica Blvd. Nearly all businesses and government offices in Beverly Hills are located south of Santa Monica Boulevard. Wonderful. Missing California. We moved from MA to Placentia in the 70s and my dad was hooked. He so fell in love with the ocean even though we always lived near the Atlantic, there was just something about the Pacific. He died walking on the beach in Arroyo Grande. The best place for him to take his last steps. Love you dad! ❤

there is something about California. My wife and I are from MA but moved to CA for work and raised our kids there. I have never felt such a pull from a place. We have moved away but are in the process of finding our way back. It's strange

@MarioMartinez-tt9ly i have visited a couple of times. The things i don't like: 1. sights of homeless people close to the best parts of the cities. Seeing human poop close to my parking spot at the hotels paid parking (as an immigrant i never ever imagined seeing human poop in the public in America. Saw it for the first time in LA at the Homewood suite by Hilton near LAX and it was my first ever visiting my dream city and state LA CA. Saw poop again during another visit in San Diego. 2. Things are extremely expensive in California. 3. Earthquake possibility. In spite of all these, i would move to LA area in a heartbeat if I could make $400k annually. Love the statevof California. It is beautiful, period! It's far from being perfect, no state or country is perfect.

Spain not only is more beautiful then california. But also more variety of architecture (old artistic european architecture) And waters in mediteranian sea are safe. You can swim far from shores. Swim like mad man splashing no shark is gonna get you Something that i noticed in usa. Is that very few people dare to swim far from shores. And they take bath in the ocean. Instead of swimmimg. Cause they are aware amerikan waters are very rich in sharks. It is riskey to go far from shores and start swimming/splashing

Thanks @topfitness2335! This is actually Carthay Circle. A small neighborhood that borders east of Beverly Hills. It's a cute little neighborhood that I don't think a lot of people notice when driving thru. At 11:26 is when it starts to become Beverly Hills (the cheaper part). The value of the homes increase as I continue to drive west. After the golden triangle (rodeo drive shops) the homes become very expensive in the neighborhoods of the Flats and Trousdale Estates. 😃

Yes he did! On the show he moved to Beverly Hills. But the actual home they used is in Bel-Air called the Chartwell Mansion. I think I've driven by it in one of my videos. But can't get a view of it because of the high hedges enclosing the property 😢

The average high for Dec is in the upper 60s. However, every month of the year will average at least one day where temps soar into the 80s powered by what we call Santa Ana winds. This fall had a lot of that. Also, on the coldest days, usually during a storm or after (once it dries out), highs will be in the upper 50s/low 60s. -source I write about weather haha.

Just read that a judge ordered Beverly Hills to create affordable housing. As a lot of people said in the story's comments, will have to build up. Not a whole lot of vacant land.
