Is there any competitor in the market which can even match the specs of this monster

All of BYD cars got 5 stars in EuroNCAP crash test even a $10k BYD car got 5 stars compared to a Ford Tourneo Custom 2024 which is a bout $65k that got 3 stars and a Honda CR-V which is about $40k only got 4 stars.

@@supremespanker for a start you cant be sure its just 5 foot deep from looking at the vid and the worst that can happen is a drowning,that car just had to dip a bit below the water line and that water wouldve rushed in faster that you can react

How would that be if the water in that pond was actually flowing? How would you control the car's direction of travel and avoid other objects in the water? It doesn't look too useful for fishing or waterskiing to me. I'd rather buy a regular petrol-powered SUV or pick-up truck to haul a proper boat on a trailer to the lake/river/ocean.

America had boat cars in the 60s. This is cool though. But the front is to low looks dangerous. Buy it for emergency only I hope. The way chiba has floods the need make all vehicles this way. America had one in the 60s drive it. Straight In the river. An it stayed level. It had a perpealer s meter blade a the back below the bumper when you drove it in the water the front was not under water. An some where convertibles. But this is cool

Com todo o tempo que ficou na água se tivesse entrado água pelas leis da física o carro teria afundado com todos dentro. Enfim, o carro é feito exatamente pra não entrar água caso contrário nunca flutuaria como um barco e sim afundaria e é exatamente por eles terem conseguido esse feito que foi lançado com essa capacidade.

All the buoyancy doesn't help once enough water can enter the window, just a little water to make the vehicle tilt, then eventually more and more until the vehicle just turns into an open can surrounded by water .. at that point horse power or doesn't matter, buoyancy will be gone...
