Driving down the brand new Daini Keihan Expressway in Kyoto, Japan

My fiance and I going down a brand new by-pass in Osaka, just completed this year (2010). We took this highway from Osaka (connecting from the Kinki Expressway) and got off in Kyoto to connect to the Meishin to continue on to Shiga. Avoided a LOT of congestion. :D The highway is SO NEW that my fiance's GPS was confused. It was like we were floating over Osaka!
