I love the United States more than any country in the world. I have been in Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Sacramento , San José, San Francisco, CA. Carson city and Reno, Nevada. Miami, Forth Lauderdale, FL. The most that I love are it neighbods and cars, people and flag. I really worship and adore all from there. I"m writing from 🇨🇱 Santiago, Chile SouthAmerica. 😍

I first drove through here in '82 when it was a boarded-up ghost town. Hard to believe!

+MooPotPie Good perspective to hear! Revitalization seems to be a similar experience for a lot of downtowns in certain areas of the country. Interesting phenomenon!

I just happened upon this video by mistake. I'm from the Asheville area and work in a law office that's located on the opposite side of the traffic circle where you turned around. I'm seeing parts of Asheville that I don't see very often as I work all day and then drive to the other side of the county. Grew up here and a lot HAS changed - most of it for the better. Thanks again!

Asheville is very liberal. Lots of witchcraft and communists. Reminds me a bit of Charlottesville, only bigger. Beautiful area, but I didn't get a good vibe from the city.

Asheville is not what it use to be. To much traffic, low paying jobs, high taxes and no such thing as affordable housing actually to some of us locals, its paradise lost.

Robbie Hernandez. Well, I only had 25 hours and arrived Tuesday evening due to spending 3 days moving someone from Boston. Craigslist rideshare, big waste of time. My daughtet and grandkids live there and were sick so we stayed in.

I live in Asheville- it's a popular tourist destination so naturally there are many bars and restaurants to work at. Additionally, there are a lot of opportunities in banking or healthcare in the area. There is also a fair amount of engineering opportunities.

Servant jobs aren't jobs, so jo ,there are no jobs , better have a pension and savings. Oh I forgot, the last generation that had savings is dying now. Think about it

Asheville's a joke. The cityscape is ruined by cell phone towers and they're building a huge ugly power station when you come into town. It has one of the highest crime rates in the country per 1000 residents, a very low wage scale and a very high cost of living. Everything from groceries to gasoline is higher here and housing is unaffordable for the working class.
