welcome to Toronto where there are 2 seasons - winter and construction. it's criminal what they have done to University Ave. formerly a 4 lane avenue in each direction, now 2 lanes and a bunch of woke nonsense. similar with Bloor St, now only 1 lane each direction. pathetic.
