Thank you so much for this nice and quiet video without annoying background music! I haven't been back to BC for almost 5 years and kind of miss it. Blessings from AB

As someone who grew up in the Kootenays, and now lives in the Okanagan, I’ve often thought it would be great to showcase the beautiful roads and scenery. You do an excellent job. If you’re ever back in the area, there are some amazing roads from Nelson to Kaslo, then to New Denver, then to Nakusp, then over the Monashee Pass into the Okanagan valley ending up in Vernon. Between Vernon and Kelowna, there’s the stunningly beautiful West Side Road, on the western shore of Okanagan Lake.

Everything you mentioned is on my list already, hopefully I will have the time this summer to do it.

If you make it to Kaslo, ask the locals for directions to get to the top of Mt Buchanan. There’s an old fire lookout tower at the top, and you can drive right to the peak. You can make the drive with any regular SUV or pickup truck. Absolutely stunning 360 degree views.

Hope you get the chance to get even with that SOB. Nothing worse than a bully. I was lucky. At Richmond High (Richmond BC) we had none of that. Everyone either got along, or had nothing to do with each other, no matter appearance, personal behavior, etc. Logan
