I am saying Portland. Rain falls in Portland every day.The uninhabited areas where the vegetation is lush like in the hills, right there rain falllls daily so I would say Portland for sure.

I was in Port Antonia in Febuary 2023, it is a very beautiful place. But the plastic pollution along the sea front was horrible.

Portland gets more rain than any other parish, with St. Mary running in second place. Born in Portland, raised in Kingston, but used to go to Portland every weekend. No where can't beat Portland. Me love it bad.

I have been to St Mary once for one of my siblings graduation over 30 yrs ago and to Portland one time; therefore I am not very familiar with these parishes. Its very forestry. I love the parish of St Elizabeth. And it was because of watching videos like these , I am drawn to the place and has now secured 2 lots there.
