Beautiful property. Very good price for all if that house and land. It's definitely a very good income earner with the farming alone as well as potential rental or Airbnb. The structure next door is an issue as it's been built too close to the boundary wall, and that could be off putting.

My goodness………..this is a lovely space ………….how many times did you comment on furnishing (Not for sale)? ……….not many would want it ?……………..The existing furniture is fussy and would definitely trigger those with a preference for minimalist living

A really beautiful house. Too bad that they don't build them like this anymore in Jamaica. The recent crop of larger houses appear chunky, clownish and poorly constructed. The current owner has exquisite taste in furnishings. I'm surprise how relatively inexpensive it is.
