Day4 and 5 Tapachula MX - Hotel Loma Real (very nice).
Day 6 Cuilapa, Guatemala - Hostal Turican.
Day 7. El Salvador Stayed in a push near the border.
Day 8 Choluteca Honduras.
Day 9 Rivas Nicaragua - Hotel Gran Victoria.
Day 10-13. Playas de Coco Costa Rica
Day 14. Golfito Costa Rica.

Since we were recently approved for our pensionado visas, we are in the early stages of planning our drive to Panama from Texas with our two dogs. Many of the places he stopped are being considered in our planning. This video is proving to be a very valuable resource.

Mi friend Betty and her two boys (15, 9) traveled from Volcan, Panama where they had a farm to Minneapolis, MN every year in a Dodge van with 3 Great Danes & German Shepherd back in the 1970's. Also there were RV caravans of 10 to 18 RVs that travelled from FL and TX down the Pan American Hwy at that time. It's something that many retirees and veterans did.

I have went by bus from Nogales Mexico to Panama City and back. I took my time going down. Took me 6 days to get from Panama City to Nogales.
