Not the smartest idea to film oneself breaking traffic rules so blatantly. 30:19 The temporary 'no left turn' is there because of the construction and there's only one lane going that way.

The No Left Turn sign was clearly to keep traffic moving on this constricted street. Since there was no opposing traffic when the driver approached the intersection, they were able to make the turn safely & without hindering the flow of traffic. Therefore this was a technical violation but it would be unlikely to result in citation & fine since no harm or potential harm resulted. Think about whether you would say something to that person's face before you post it, please.

You can see that Finland was a poor country before.

How so? Because they aren't ostentatious or extravagant?

Based on what? Are you referring to the old pavements on Eira/Ruoholahti etc area? Old Russian tsar-time from the nineteenth century. When Finland was part of Russia with own autonomy.
