I have seen all the major cities of India and I think Mumbai is great, Delhi and Kolkata are far behind. The only problem of Mumbai is slums and also improvement in Infrastructure.

Before Saying anything random do some research, Did you ever have visited Kolkata?? If you have not then don't give us the illogical comparison ... Kolkata stands second in count of highest number of skyscrapper just next to Mumbai. There are many posh area in Kolkata which absolutely looks like European cities... Park street, Maidan, Salt lake, sector 5, lake town, Newtown( most modern city of East India), Rjarhat, East Kolkata Township and area near science city are few among them. Moreover Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata are cities of India and being a India I consider all the Indian cities are best and also require much more further development to match the level of world class city status.... By the way, I adore Mumbai a lot.
