Queensbury is a town in Warren County, New York, United States. The population was 27,901 at the 2010 census. It contains the county seat of Warren County, located at a municipal center complex on U.S. Route 9 south of the village of Lake George. It was moved to the complex in 1963 from the original county seat of Lake George.

I was there a year ago on a vacation and loved it. Queensbury was quiet and relaxing, and the people were very friendly. I fell in love with all the mini golf courses, a wonderful time was had by all. I look forward to returning for another relaxing vacation.

I'm old enough to remember when The Great Escape was Storytown USA. It's probably been about 20 years since I've been up in the Lake George area (I live in Washington state now). There's definitely been some development up there.

Lived in argyle back in the 90’s. Also went to Adirondack college too. Used to work at the Walmart, my parents had a shop in downtown glens falls. I miss the area, though I still talk to people in that area. I’m in the Lehigh valley, Pa now.

It's interesting you said that about the ice cream shop, we wanted to get some walking footage on that area but we didn't have our stabilizer for our camera that day, we are def coming back up here to get some walking tour footage and we will def do a video of that place. I personally remember coming to this area when I was a little kid, brings back great memories!

Believe it or not I live in Queensbury on ridge road outside Glens Falls and it's a nice little town I live in basically in the mountains I love my home and I miss it every day I'm away from it whether traveling or not North Eastern New York is home man
