10:14. How 1st world country country where everybody wears mask and even outside of corona time, people can drive without any lights when its pouring. In Soviet Union people didnt switch lights in rain in 1970's because they didnt have bulbs. In Africa still. In Scandinavia you would get big fine from police or at least huge high beam and honking protest by other drivers if you was so ignorant.
