2 days before my mother jn law passed away & had been taking care of her at night for the week prior. Well I had a minor accident in April 2019 I found out thru the that I had lost my license on 3/19/22 just 2 days after my husband passed leaving me withour 2 young sons. He had no life insurance, no savings, only lots of hidden debt he used his truck as collateral. We live in rural tiny town Iowa with no Drs,no grocery store or any that delivers. My son's school is 15 miles away, hence all the activities are held there. I don't have any family close that can drive. My mom has has Dementia & my dad is at the end of Congestive Heart Failure. Plus I have no friends in the area. I wasn't unconsciousness & never had terrible Narcolepsy attacks, that accident was very minor, it was 98° that day, the air conditioner nor air circulation worked. Being up all night as my mother on law passed in 10 short days from her diagnosis of Liver Cancer since Drs couldn't be on top of her progression as Covid had offices closed. I took pictures after the accident marks we received all on my side but I hit the 1st in line of a Harley riding group. So they immediately all said it was my fault- I stood zero chance to get out of the charge. I never said I had Narcolepsy just obviouslylooked tired from being a night time caregiver to my mother inlaw. What really sucks is not just that I'm a single widowed mo now that needs to solely support my children financially & pay Cobra ins of $1682 a mo because 2½ wks after my youngest son lost his dad I found out heartbreaking news that his heart disease had progressed to severe & needs to have open heart surgery to correct 5 major issues. I have no idea how I can get my this son back & forth to his tests prior to his surgery. Nor weekly for mos after plus my oldest is graduating a wk after his surgery 2¼ hrs back at home. He already won't have his fstger6, brother & very likely Grandpa there. So somehow I as his mom HAVE to be sure I'm there or that day will be hard to have no family there. Plus somehowas soon as I can hope the 2 jobs I had accepted to work part-time out of town ea (15 miles for 1 & 10 miles to the other. Both necessary to survive financially as a sole income provider with no jobs in this teensy area I need to get there in order to solely financially support my boys. I'm flipping out here! Help....anyone??
