Me, a person who took a nap in the bathroom frequently at work in my 20s: hmmm I never took naps in the bathroom in highschoo- oh. The bathroom nap really is universal.

Its getting worse as i get older. Meds help me have given me life. My brain wants to do things but body feels like im in a mild sleep paralise.

My sleep my sleep paralysis is extremly frighting. I can sleep for five days straight.

How can I get ahold of this guy. I have narcolepsy and in my sleep study I was hitting rem in less then 11 seconds
