Wolf Herring, great spanish mackerel bait. Bit cold for Barra's at the moment, plus they are and ambush predator, flick lures or drop livies down around snags. Russell Mulgrave is a good area to fish.

@@lukefalzon I came up from north N.S.W. was used to chasing murray cod. Ive got a few nice jacks and hooked into some big queenfish. Plenty aboit just working out when and where. Now you have a boat you're laughing! Land based is sketchy haha. Too many big lizards down my way.

29:10 it's a ladyfish I guess. Not good to eat, but suitable for mud crab bait. Edit: ladyfish are extremely gross🤢 because of its mucus goo-like.... So fishy, but perfect for mudcrab/lobsters. 🙂
