my 2004 f250 tuned by hypertech. with the 100whp tune. gets to 60 really quick for such a heavy truck! 6.0 turbo diesel straight piped with 4 inch tip

I have a 2000 zf6 7.3 only upgrades are ts6 chip and boost fooler clutch is beginning to slip on 140 hp mode. I use it as a fun daily driver what clutch will last for a long time and handle around 420 hp that's how much I have

Have you ever had a problem with your clutch pedal sticking on you when doing a fast run? Mine does, and sometimes it feels like there is a delay between when my foot hits the floor and when it actually disengages the clutch because sometimes ill grind 2nd during a fast shift even if the pedal is down. On a side note, great job!

It's because you aren't moving the trucks momentum enough for the next gear. Hard to explain, but you can force the truck/gear forward if momentum isn't there and ready for it. Take it with momentum and high rpm like he did and these trucks can speed shift easily all day. It's when people who don't know what they are doing try to force gears, etc force it and then break it. Btw you can tune out the boost list during shifting by turning on the jake brake feature on sct, or have a tuner write it into your tune. I went with it turned on 2100rpms and up,

@@mcb476 mine is doing something similar. When I try to drive fast and turn high rpm’s, the clutch pedal goes stiff. And in extreme cases, gets stuck to the floor.

"buddy" EGR was on every 6.0L powerstroke. only reason ford went to the 6.0 was for emissions standards. also every 6.0 came factory with a cat and CCV. also emissions. you thinking of DPF and DEF?
