This video leaves me completely baffled. It seems to be a newly built planned city in a rural area that hardly has any inhabitants. In between there are still agricultural areas everywhere, which looks very nice. Here and there there are also old buildings that have remained standing and are integrated into the new buildings. The architectural style surprises me. It is - to say the least - bombastic. One or two houses are no longer houses, but a royal palace. Are there really so many nouveau riche people in China who can afford that? Eclectic style elements of old Chinese architecture are built in everywhere, a bit too much for my taste, so that it looks kitsch. The infrastructure also surprises me. Power cables and other cables hang like a spider's web over the streets, some of which are so narrow that no large vehicles can get through. How is internal traffic supposed to flow? Many streets run on embankments that drop two meters vertically to the surroundings on the left and right of the road. Somehow it feels like a computer game to me, when you turn a corner, the next buildings appear, freshly generated by the algorithm, so that it never seems to end. I'm not sure if I would feel comfortable there. However, the combination of the lush green vegetation with the intense blue sky and the sunlit roofs and facades looks very beautiful in terms of color.

@@hannnu5855 中国在官方发言很注重文字表达的准确性，甚至达到一种偏执的程度，所以这些村庄的定义为“自然村”，你所看到的所有房子都是这些本地居民在原有的宅基地上拆除重建的，因为申请宅基地并不是一件容易的事，政府也无法干预，如果统一规划统一整合，谁能保证谁先富裕，谁先修新房谁后修新房？搞经济还需要市场“自我调剂”呢，政府不是神，不是什么都能像你想象的那样理所当然的。

@@hannnu5855就是政府不作为，所以乱，建的不伦不类也纯属暴发户。江苏和浙江就好很多。山东就是依托大便，鲁南苏北差距明显。😅

@@nuo.not1033 @ 你的説法未必全对 , 政府 ( 當地 ) 要做改建 , 搬遷計劃都只是一纸公文的功夫 , 我鄉下 ( 近深圳 ) 政府要批地给外商建厂就來一個宣告大會 , 之後田地赔償一下 , 祖屋给你在附近空地撥一塊地就大功告成了 ; 工厂在十几年後关閉 , 政府再把地賣给地產商建住宅大厦 , 我们原住民依然是剩得那 30 丁方屋地 , 當年三萬元便没收了我家四畝半農地 ; 所以别説得政府要做好城市规劃比登天难 ! 更别忘了中國土地是全歸國家的 !

这是农村，但是经济的发展超过了原先的定位，所以基础建设显得很混乱。大人在工作，小孩在读书，老人在屋里。

这地方跟广东潮汕地区差不多，潮汕人的祖先就来自福建莆田，农村房子都没集体规划，自己各建各的，所以显得比较乱。

当时修路和修房子的时候根本0规划0管制，路只有4米宽现在不够用了，房子乱建导致现在想扩路都没办法当时地方政府就没请人规划，也没有农村规划这个概念。。。农民知识水平也低，盖房子只求高度，也没绿化啥子的

@@happy_tomcat 你不了解农村地区，在东南沿海的农村，宒基地多数是祖辈留下来的，已经传了很多代人，所以政府不容易规划，你现在看到乱七八糟的房子就是在祖先留下来的宅基地重新建新房，而且东南地区人多地少，你如果不建高一点就不够住了。

L'architecture est grotesque, l'urbanisme semble chaotique et c'est beaucoup de maisons qui ressemble à des appartements... On dirait le village de Buzescu construit par les Roms... Il va vraiment falloir revoir votre façon d'urbaniser et revenir aux traditions. Pour une civilisation vieille de 3000 ans qui a conçu une architecture unique et propre à son identité, vous pouvez très largement mieux faire. D'ailleurs, le seul moment agréable à regarder est entre 20:13 - 20:19 et les quelques rares maisons traditionnelles en pierre...

浙江跟江蘇的農村就好很多，福建農村就是土跟豪，江浙地區農村就是有點精緻感覺。

这不是城镇，而是正儿八经的农村。只不过福建沿海的农村以土豪著称，往前40年，这里全是土房和田地。这样的土豪房子拆除重建？要赔多少钱谁赔得起？再说村里面土地属于本村所有，政府又没啥正当理由怎么拆？

几乎全中国的农村都这样.可能有豪宅.别墅.但是没有规划.杂乱无章.这里建一栋那里搞一层.谁家都不舍得让一点面积出来.然后搞个围墙围起来就显的路就很窄.会车都很难.非常的不舒服.很压抑.我就是在这样的环境下长大的.几十年过去了还是没什么改变...无非就是房子更大了。。路稍微变好了.... 我还是喜欢欧美那种低矮的大平层和超宽的路.还有大面积的草皮和树木覆盖。

@@Sfran_ 我说的是杂乱无章乱建.没有规划.不是说的这种建筑风格.这播主拍的这个村看得出还是比较富有的.看那些房子就知道.如果偏僻的那种路烂.房子更烂说明当地经济水平不行.规划的整整齐齐的我走遍那么多城市暂时没看到过.无论南方还是北方.连深圳这样的一线城市城中村都杂乱无章.更何况农村.

@@freelancerfree9782 我说的就是没有规划、杂乱无章的村子啊。你去的地方还是少了，大平层、大院子和规划的整整齐齐的农村在北方很多。另外，还有客观因素，比如人口密度、气候、和地理条件。欧美（特别是北美）可是地广人稀。而且你似乎不知道大草坪养护起来需要花费多少精力和费用。最后，城中村是城市化过程中产生的特殊现象和问题，它和普通的村子可不是一回事，也不能放在一起做比较。

@@Sfran_ 那看来我要走遍中国才行.才走过几十个城市了解的不够全面.不知道你去过北京没有？就是那种胡同一排排的更是可怕.又窄又拥挤。停个车都要靠墙一厘米的挤.还有像上海那种弄堂.我想说的是城中村的杂乱无章和我几十年前的农村老家一样。你说几十年前能理解.现在建的高楼也是一样杂乱无章。哪里有空地哪里就高楼商品房.完全没有规划.平面看过去还算整齐俯瞰下去就跟贫民窟一样.这里一堆.那里一坨.建设无序，既浪费土地，也不美观.你说的那种大院子整整齐齐我的确没有见过.有机会一定要看看.

If this is an ordinary village I am wondering how the people have so much money to build palaces. Where does their income come from to support this building? do all the inhabitants still work on the land? I think this is the strangest place that I have seen in videos about China. I have also visited China twice and travelled all over the country in 2015 and I never saw anything like this. I am very puzzled by it.

Prices in China are very cheap, including building materials. These buildings are located in the rural areas of Fujian Province. Locals have a tradition of spending a lot of money to build houses. You won’t see such exaggerated houses in other parts of China. I am from northern China. It is very cold in winter there, so the houses are usually low and the style is completely different from here.

Basically, people who do business all over the world will go home to build houses when they make money, and make shoes with wood supplements at gas stations, mahogany furniture hospitals and so on in Putian City.

不一定很多人但是中国人要面子.在外面打工混得好不好别人不知道.但是每年春节开什么车回去全村人都知道.所以车要大车。房子要大房子.大有面子好装逼.

这地方是一直有下南洋的历史的。很多家庭把钱全用来建楼房了。在这种小地方有必要建六层八层楼房吗？又没什么人住的。大家集资开宽马路多种树建些公园多好。

This is a rural village while villagers have their own business income other than farming. Children and many young people live in towns or cities to have better education and job opportunities. The cables are not well planned like towns or cities.
