The roads would give me a heart attack, you maneuvered them so well. The spot you camped at the end of the video was perfect, and made it all worthwhile.

absolutely love these roads, there is always plenty of room for 2 vehicles , as long as you have 2 competent drivers. I've often seen 2 trucks comfortably pass one another

Watched 3 of their Ireland vlog and couldn't bare to watch anymore, complain about SO much, and some of the things they complain about are also part of the charm of Ireland.

Jeesh sorry Paul! I guess we can't please everyone ... We have 8 vlogs covering Ireland so not sure which other two you're talking about but we think they're all very positive. We absolutely loved the country and would definitely come back. Just know that we keep it 100% real and sorry if it offended you in any way.

We were there in Oct of 2019. It was the shoulder season and the crowds were minimal. I loved driving the roads but I wasn't in a van. It's an absolutely beautiful country.

Ireland is absolutely amazing I wish we had more time! I think with the weather, peak summer (august) and it being a weekend it was just too crowded when we were on it. Either way still beautiful!

I’ve been to Ireland many time but never in a campervan. I’m here now and the stress level on some of the roads is definitely an 11! Many places I wanted to stop just wasn’t possible and neither is turning around.

Best vlog since surfing the Arctic Circle... 👍 Why? 1. It had adventure (driving the narrow roads) 2. Discovering a secluded spot with a great view to end the day with 3. Share with a lovely partner 4. Hopefully you ended with a nice meal, glass of wine, good cigar and great conversation. I am not one for the "tourist traps"... there is something special in experiencing a location without the crowds... gives one time to take in the moment! BTW... what is up with the cereal? that did not look like Tony the Tiger's "Frosted Flakes" or "Snap, Crackle Pop" Rice Krispies! 🥣😱 -Later

Im an american and my father is from this area of Ireland. No wonder the locals hate americans. You folks are very negative in this video with all do respect. Also when the lad on the busy road said "hows tings", he wasnt asking you the status of the road...he already knows that. He was asking you essentially "hi how are you" just being friendly and you responded so negatively. Anyways up kerry. The ring of kerry is one of the most gorgeous parts of Ireland. Try to be a bit more happy go lucky and learn the history. That will make your appreciation better. ☘️

Hi Michelle, we absolutely loved Ireland and every part of it, we have an entire series on Ireland sharing that. We always try to stay positive and embrace ourselves in the culture. kzbin.info/aero/PLfHkUGUkCAgzehhB--z9EfGozLdA_cI_S I didn’t realize the “how’s tings” meaning thank you for sharing that. I think we try to just keep it real and share our emotions in the moment when it’s happening. Please watch our other videos in Ireland, I’m sure your perspective towards us would change

My wife and I are going in June and have booked a campervan. Which beach did you stay at the end of the video? We are planning to go to those type of spots. Also, would you be able to tell me what the shift pattern and pedal configuration is on the vehicle. Thank you.

The weather did cooperate from what I can see, which is a major factor I take into account when planning a trip. A friend of mine lives in Ireland and has invited me to visit, but whenever I look at the weather forecast there's always rain and overcast skies a week to ten days out. Also, I didn't see any major dramatic or epic coastline scenery like you seen in Northern California or the Oregon coast.

Narrow?? you aint seen narrow Yet!! You picked an unusually hot sunny week, unfortunately your right in the middle of holiday season too. Next time you come over this way try and avoid mid july August when the schools are out. Early May and June are the best months for the UK, it not so nuts down the country lanes, and the beaches are less crowded. For surfing beaches you would enjoy Devon and Cornwall. Enjoy👍

Can’t understand how you ended up on that road unless using sat nav. In fairness I am Irish and it’s unlikely that you would come I across them often and particularly on a tourist route. As an avid cyclist I would love them. Anyway seems like you enjoyed your trip irrespective. Good to hear . I do remember some years ago ending up in a not so nice area in Sth. Carolina using Sat Nav. Cheers.

Sounds like quite the trip. Would never do this in a camper. I hope the rest of the trip was smoother. We are excited to be planning this leg of our carbon-neutral drive around the World right now. If you like the idea of a father and son promoting cultural and ecological tourism, we would love your support on our channel as well. Cheers and well met! - Turtle and Bear

To address other comments, the Republic of Ireland 🇮🇪 is NOT part of the UK! Also, August is the very worst month to visit as many Irish folks take holidays at that time. There are no one -way rural roads that I’m aware of. I was sad to hear that such an environmentally conscious country would allow any vehicles on beaches. Hopefully, the remainder of your holiday was enjoyable. Ireland, my homeland is a stunningly beautiful bit of heaven. I’m concerned that all the tourism that is pushed on various KZbin sites is becoming a major stress on the environment! I wonder what folks in Ireland think about that. 🇮🇪☘️💓🙂
