thats my hometown, that giant building is a rice mill. The only reason its still standing is because its too dangerous to demo and would cause too much collatral damage to the duildings around it. Its so old and worn that just being near the thing is dangerous with peices of the building randomly falling down. Its also a peice of the towns history as the land was good for rice farming and that building played a role in the forming of the town.
