Driving with the new Moza TSW Steering wheel Truck in the middle of GT race and in VR the experience was stupidly fun..😁

Great video. Wonderful venue to test the wheel, all in your own style. My TSW wheel arrived last week, and I love using it, but then I love truck sims these days. With the medical condition I currently have, fast driving overwhelms me, but slower stuff is fine. Keep on driving! 😄 Looking forward to the stalks coming out this summer.

I’m also a 9hr day truck driver who also loves sim racing. My rig isn’t as good as yours but I just don’t have the space for triple screens. Maybe some day. if you want something bad enough you’ll find away around things.

I used to have a truck HGV licence before I retired from working and occasionally jump in ETS2 or ATS to keep the skills going. I find it a very relaxing change from racing. I can see this being very popular with the truck sim community. Love that you recreated the recovery truck at Nords. 😂 Another great video. 👍

They typically have Code 60 or double yellows at the sections around the recovery vehicles though, so it's not like they're allowed to race at those sections

Looks like hella fun bro. ❤ I just released a mod for Colin Mcrae Dirt 1 on Race department so dd wheels and telemetry can be used. Been working on it for a while now. Dirt 1 has raid T1, buggies etc. My profile on Race department is 'The legend of what' Give it a go. Awesome for a 2006 game.

Hi buddy and thanks for the kind words 🤛 In my opinion the DD bases are very close and from quality versus money, I think Simagic are my choice. The P1000 pedals are great for the money, the Alpha ultimate is as good as the rest and they have great wheel choices. Thx se will be my choices but honestly the differences are negligible

Would you say in your seating position which I've seen a video of on, that a screen wheel is more viable than a separate ddu above the wheel or is it more distracting looking down at the wheel. The Soelpec looks amazing to me but I'm unsure about whether it's as useful as a ddu above the wheel

Honestly, if you don’t have F1 seating position like, it is almost unusual! It really need to be up to get advantage of wheel screen ! Just to look down and refocus your vision is not very comfortable! If you seat down and the screen is ahead of you then is lovely experience!

In my opinion makes no difference at all as long as the picture is properly set and as long it covers 180 degrees of your vision at your seating position.

I use to drive a truck for work and I kind of miss it. I was going to invest into the simagic ecosystem, but is it worth going moza just for this wheel?

I think the Simagic ecosystem is bit more polished and of course bit more expensive but this wheel is possible to be used with any base if can take that Qar system as Moza and Simagic with the Moza Hub using usb. However, Moza gear are also very good for the prices 🤛

I did try ETS2 just to see how it might be driving big rigs... and no thank you. Well, driving it self is ok, except boredom with how limited in acceleration they are, but maneuvering is where I was getting damage. To be honest not sure if I would go racing, I mean driving, delivery vans knowing how high targets are (based on vids of what amazon drivers needs to deal with). So I guess I will stick with driving taxi, as long as i'ts not being slave for uber (or company with similar conditions).
