Driving Switzerland 🇨🇭 | Leysin 4K Scenic Drive

In today's video we head up to the ski resort of Leysin. During the end of December we had very mild weather which melted a lot of the snow away.
At the village or at the top of the Berneuse, Leysin offers a multitude of activities, winter and summer, for business or pleasure.
At the top of Leysin, the unique revolving restaurant, Le Kuklos, offers a 360 degree panoramic view of Lake Léman and the Alps (the Dents du Midi, Tours d’Aï and so on). The village itself has lots in store: in winter, freestylers practice in the snowpark, while families have fun in the Tobogganing Park. Created by Silvio Giobellina - Olympic medalist and bobsleigh world champion - this unique and slightly chilly attraction has some ten “snowtubing” slopes to hurtle down on an inner tube.

We lived in Leysin for 2 years 1977-9. Beautiful village and environs. Have been back for visits several times since.

Indeed it is my friend. Beginning of Dec we had tons of snow amd last week super warm temperatures and rain that melted it away. This ski resort looked a little pale without its white power. Nonetheless thanks for coming along 🤗🇨🇭👍🏼
