1:45 I should have thought it would have been prudent to stop short of the van as there is a man in the road and we could wait left of centre until man is gone. Beyond this a car is waiting at the give way line so no rush to get past van. We could have been caught halfway past the van, very wide as we allow him extra space and the guy lingers while an oncoming vehicle comes in from main road and we block its path. May be even a big vehicle comes in.

In a respectful way, it is clear this driver isn't road worthy as they do not know the right of way at mini roundabouts. I'm not sure how she can blame anyone but herself?

It’s not about road worthy , its more like I guess learner wasn’t ready to take a test … to many simple mistakes
