Driving the 91 Express Lanes | State Route 55 to Interstate 15, Orange to Riverside County, CA [4K]

Have you driven on the 91 Express Lanes? I remember all the traffic when the Express Lanes were being constructed, and how shocked I was to find out the lanes would have a fee to use them. Do you pay to use the Express Lanes or sit in traffic? Tell us about your experience in the comments below.

Wow I was expecting you would go onto Interstate 15 via the express lanes. Maybe next time you should do that because I wanted to hear the sound of the bridge.

I Have Never Used The 91 Express Lanes. My 22-Year-Old Son Is Going To Be A Male Witch For Halloween, Since A Drive On The 91 Express Lanes And My Son Wearing His Witch Costume Both Go On For A While Even Though We Never Go On The 91 Express Lanes

I drove on the 91 from the 55 to the 15 from the mid 80’s to 1996. Then Cal Trans screwed up the 91 when they added the Diamond Lanes at Green River Road and screwed up traffic cause us drivers who had to merge over to get to the 15 north and southbound had to break and created a traffic mess past the 57. Then Cal Trans wasted tax payer dollars by clearing out the dirt median in the O.C. Side and added a toll road in 96’ for a fee to ride in. That freeway was already paid for by the tax payers. Initially in the 70’s Diamond Lanes were added so people can ride share. Then in the 80’s and early 2000’s companies were given incentives for their employees to ride in van or car pools. To lessen traffic on the freeways and save the environment. Lol Then the State of California decided to change their narrative and create toll roads for profit. And taking cars out of the car pool lanes back onto main freeway. It’s like taking a five pound sack of flour and filling it up with ten pounds of flour. The state and california don’t care about reducing traffic. They are in the business now of making a profit. If they did they would’ve built the newer and existing freeways with lots of lanes. Cal Trans had the chance of building wide freeways when the 15 freeway was being built in the 80’s. Same with the 210 extension. The 210 was already jammed at the 57 through Rancho Cucamonga on Friday after it had opened up on Sunday in 2002. Cal Trans is a joke and on the next voting ballot should be replaced by a private company.
