I thought he just left so he'd have time to start doing homework is own channel full time.. personally I'd never be upset with anyone for wanting to start their own thing even if it's off of the fame I had.the whole reason I'd work with someone is because of want them to blow up and glow up lol. I'd hope to still collaborate a lot and hangout in the future but I'd select people who I saw ambition and potential in. I'd be proud to be able to give people the publicity they need to really shine their fullest.. I don't expect anyone to live exclusively in my shadow everyone is their own person and can be the star of their own thing. I'd want to pick my friends up and help them get to the top with me. I went through those tunnels in 1988 when I was 14 and I recognized them from your video. I actually went through them twice. Once from Poacatello to Rock Springs and Rock Springs to Salt Lake. It’s amazing what you remember. My dad worked at Chevron’s Fertilizer Plant in RS for a few months. Never thought I’d see it again. Thanks for the video Hunter. Very cool truck. Was that Sinclair Station at Little America? On our way from Idaho to RS, our rental broke down and we had to wait 5 hours for them to flatbed one to us. It was crazy but a good time with my dad.

That baby looks so fresh under the hood! Damn ! Can't imagine what 800hp feels like. My old isx truck had around 600 and it pulled AMAZING. Sold that truck and got a 500hp N14. Man I definitely miss the 100hp when I'm in the mountains. But the new truck is a way better platform. Holy shit they hooked you up massively! Damn! New engine and some air ride axles!

Those guys back east are super awesome for helping you out like that with the free parts and for letting you take an amazing truck out and especially with a fresh overhaul on it. Also in case you run into the same issue with charge air boots slipping again for a ton of grip use 3m upholstery glue in the spray can between the hose and tube. If you just need a little grip like only running 30 or so lbs boost use hair spray on the boots. It works like a champ. Beware the 3m truck is a giant PITA if you ever want to take it apart later but they will not slip on you

I have been trucking 38 years and one thing I can't understand is who came up with the idea to put sun visors on that cover most of the windshield , I sat in one just to get a sense of what the view was like and and at 6 foot 6 I would have had to removed the seat to be able to see out the window , other wise nice truck .

Those 20ft containers can come off the boats pretty damn heavy…like 50-55k lbs. At that weight you absolutely do need a 3 axle trailer under it.

Skip most of the gears and you'll be fine. You don't really need 18 gears. A 10 speed Rockwell hooked to a 60 Series Detroit is about as much as a regular driver will ever need.

Shift it like an 8 and split the high side (drive it like a 13). Preselect your upsplit, let off the throttle, ease back into it and don’t touch the clutch. Splitting down is the same but in reverse. Preselect down, ease into the throttle until the truck catches the lower gear. Once you figure out how to use your splits high side you’ll know when to use your splits low side when you’re heavy (80k+) especially on hills. Splits are just half gears between lever shifts. Never use the clutch while splitting. And really you should only be using the clutch for starting and stopping. Good luck happy trucking. Edit: Edited because I was a little drunk when I made my initial comment. Also ten speeds are less than ideal. Gears are options and 18's are king especially if you're 80-105k regularly. Plus most tractors with 13's and 18's like the topside splits with unloaded trailers anyway. Might as well use 'em.
