@@stuwest3653 The German Empire didn't start WWI, that was caused by the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of the Austria-Hungarian Empire by Serbian rebels. The only reason Germany was even involved in WWI was because Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia in response to Serbia refusing to allow an investigation into the assassination, and Germany had a military alliance with Austria-Hungary. Germany only actually started WWII, and even then it was technically a different government from the German Empire that participated in WWI, both of which are different governments from Germany's _current_ government.

@@stuwest3653 I would hardly call Germany instrumental to the start of WWI. Austria-Hungary called them into the conflict effectively as insurance should Russia come to the aid of Serbia. Had they not joined, Austria-Hungary would have most likely sought aid elsewhere at first, likely from Italy or the Ottoman Empire, but eventually the war would have come to Germany regardless of what side they would have ended up on. The fact that Germany agreed to aid Austria-Hungary doesn't change the fact that Serbia fired the first shots.

Maxx slash got me drooling when it was announced, but the more videos I watched, it became apparent that it’s sluggish and maneuverability is subpar. By comparison even though Mojave 4s is only 4s but it’s seems to be overall a better truck

It looks like it did better than I had expected. I think you are spot on sir. Shock oil should make a huge change and maybe some non belted tires. Those tires seem great for speed runs and on the street but something with some more bite on the loose stuff should make it a little (big) beast! Thanks for the content!

I think you need the pit pass on liverc... some of the larger promoters have their own live feeds.

I hope everyone now realizes why they have to make special classes to race traxxas vehicles alone by themselves. A race brand 1/8 buggy (same wheelbase and width as a regular slash) puts it to shame in speed, handling, durability and tuneability. This is the perfect demonstration of why most tracks won't let you know up and run your traxxas vehicle with them. You are much better off spending slash money on a used race brand chassis and electronics. Plus it won't break.

The Maxx Slash will definitely benefit from sway bars, stiffer springs, heavier shock oil for track use. We already started looking into it and here's what we've found so far: It appears as though UDR tires may be compatible and there are a few aftermarket options that may be better on the track. Traxxas is going to offer a Maxx Slash sway bar kit (Traxxas #10295), and a package of one of each thickness sway bar (Traxxas #10296). Expected to be available in mid May. Stiffer springs are currently available (Traxxas #8969, 8967, 8959, 10240, 10242)

This rig sucks. It drives, flies, and lands like crap. Don’t bother tuning it, don’t spend another dime on it. The Maxx’s only strength was durability. I never saw anyone that actually got it to drive well. This is longer with smaller wheels, so it has ZERO air control, even on 6s. It’s everything bad about the Maxx but even worse. How about honestly telling viewers and Traxxas that this is the worst way you could spend $700 on an RC? I hope you brought another RC so you could actually enjoy that great track. The Tekno MT410.2 or SCT 410.2 would perform about 1000% better, for the same price, agreed?
