I live in Oregon!! Thank you for this PNW edition! I will listen to it tonight to get to sleep. I'm having surgery tomorrow for a broken wrist. Thank goodness I didn't have to have surgery for my broken hip. I fell on my left side three weeks ago.

I have had a difficult time sleeping through the night all my life. I did not find your wonderful peaceful voice until I was searching for something to help put my daughter to sleep. Now I use the videos for myself. You help me through night terrors and panic. I usually seek out your rainy videos. I am from Oregon, still live here . It's from before I found this Channel and while I have listened to some of the older videos, I've not heard that one. This is the first story that didn't work for me. Every time I'm on 101 at night, it is because we are on our way home from Portland, and I have to stay awake to make sure my husband doesn't get sleepy. So, I instinctively tried to stay awake.🤦‍♀️ (I live about an hour or so south of Heceta Head, on the coast.)
