The baby blue bombers are a few decades old, the original jackets were red. There’s an OG from the late 40’s on the corner of Susan and 5th next to the alley. Birth certificates at the time would display “birth: Rural Santa Nita or Rural Santa Ana” (this was a way of isolating la raza from the downtown WW1 and WW2 white folks)… since us Mexican/chicanos were segregated we had no choice but to make crews that became a neighborhood gang, at the time it wasn’t like today (violence). (Off topic) For example, at our lady of the Pilar church in FxTroop territory theirs an old couple that tend the English mass, they sit in the middle to back, if you ask them, why don’t you sit in the front, they’ll respond, because that’s where the white folks belong. For the info I lived on 5th and Jackson next to the liquor store back in the day, my padrino lived by the golf course on Jackson, he got in back when he was 12 in the late 70s
