Yes, download any car mod from any website by searching on google with your game version, then go to Documents -> Euro Truck Simulator 2 -> mods folder and paste the downloaded file with .scs extension, there. Then right after launching the game, go to the 'mod manager' and enable the mod. Then go to 'Truck Dealers' in main menu and select 'Access Mod Dealers'. The car will be there. Then simply purchase and drive it.

@@Petrolling it doesn’t give me a option to access mod dealers it just coming up with truck dealers
