When I was a teenager living in Batac 16 years ago, Batac had 45k population. Population only had a net increase of 10k since becoming a city. Thank you for your videos. I like watching the videos of places I've lived in through my younger years!

My Filipina wife and I bought property in Biningan area. Hope to retire there in 5 years. Love the way Ilocos Norte is set up. No slums, wide roads, lots of small farms. Beautiful. From Canada.
