My wife is from there and I have been there as well and yes, it is clean and very nice City to go. We are moving there is about 2 to 3 years after I retire. Her family owns 140 Hectors there and we are getting 2 for us as well as buying a home closer to city but not in the city. I also should be there sometime in Nov. or Dec again.

We are thinking about going to San Carlos to live. It seems pretty peaceful there. We are living in Dumaguete for the last six years but feel it is time for a change. Are there some nice rentals there?
