When you did the swap at first did you have any idle problems

Try cleaning the iac valve?

@@chrisroy I got a new iac and it throw 2 codes one a p1504 and p1409 if I stomp on the gas it dies if slowly hit the gas it only goes to 5k

@@chrisroy did you had to get the computer reprogrammed to the 5.4 specs

Runs perfectly fine on the 4.6 computer. Try looking for vacuum leaks
