Can't you just hold your foot on the brake, then get the biting point. Then release the brake and press the gas a little harder than usual?

in moderate steep roads such as those in this video, you can do that.. but for roads along mountains, you gotta do the handbrake, clutch, biting point technique..

I do exactly what you said all he time with no issues lol I’ll press brake come off the brake pad a tad bit to find the biting point then give it gas when it’s time to go
