Why did she marry him if she didn’t want to be on the same team as her husband? Why assume that his team is not her team? That’s what teams are, something that is created by both.

Distasteful advice. It's ok for a father to find his fulfillment away from his family, but if the wife did the same, she'd be neglecting the family?? It's no wonder sobmany men stray from their families with this mindset...we've enabled them to escape responsibility. Kids need both parents. We have an epidemic of absent fathers, not mothers.
