I heard that you can't go to a chiropractor unless something's wrong, is that true? Or could a person go just for the experience. Because I have considered seeing one
@lamarfreeman47674 жыл бұрын
Definitely not true, most people don’t even know that they are out of alignment on a day to day basis because your body compensates by utilizing muscles it doesn’t have to when you are out of alignment.

Hey Dr Jason :) I have a question about adjustment. Due to hernia in L5-S1 part of my spine(that thankfully healed on its own) I have some stiffness in my spine and some pains in my right hip. I was wondering if after having hernia I can get a hip adjustment to get some movement in the hips and not hurt myself? How can I find good chiropractor that will help me heal and not cause more damage? As you well know there are good professionals and not so good. Peace and Love my Spiritual Brother

One thing that has confused me since I've started watching this channel is how many of the videos feature techniques that are intended to be painful. Everything I read back when I first started seeking chiropractors a few years ago said nothing a chiropractor does should major pain if any pain at all. I went to three chiropractors before giving up. Two of the three hurt me badly (the other was just a jerk, which is a separate story). I just never went back to the first one who caused severe pain. When I saw the other one, I started screaming at him to get off of my chest because it was the worst pain I had ever experienced...he started telling me that there must be something majorly wrong with my body because what he was doing wasn't supposed to hurt. When I got home, I had bruises all over my chest. So anyway yeah, I'm confused about all of the videos where the patient is acting like being in excruciating pain is a normal/expected thing.

I was in a really bad car accident 3 years ago and I really need this but I’m v bad at following directions thrown at me this fast and close together. Like if he told me to lie on my left side then move my right foot it would take my brain a couple of seconds to register what he’s asking of me.
