“Can you imagine? Two weeks ago, I was in a wheelchair. And now I'm just walking around everywhere.”
Anna struggled with anger and depression when a rare form of multiple sclerosis took away her ability to walk. But after finding Dr Joe's meditations, she began to feel grateful, happy, and in love with her life. Then, at a Week Long Advanced Retreat, she had a vision of her future self. And her outer world began to reflect her inner change.

That was beautiful Anna. I was 66 when my daughter suggested I try Dr Joe Dispenza’s meditations. I had been in severe chronic pain for over 17 years. I took a full year to slowly come out of that victim consciousness and I meditated every day, came off all my medications, became a vegan and by then had lost 40 kgs. Over 2 years have passed now, I still meditate every day and I am the healthiest I have been in two decades. Pirkko from Queensland Australia

Did you do those Dr JD meditations where every 2nd word is "space?" I bought a few of those, then could not do them because of the word "space" repeated every 2 seconds, annoyed me to such an extent, I couldn't get into that meditative zone! I tried & tried & tried, but it was futile. I couldn't get past the "space" thing. Which meditations did/do you do? Or do you just do your own but in a way Dr J said to do it? I haven't done any courses/retreats, but only because I can't afford them, so I don't know what exactly he teaches. I just read his book, You are the placebo. Thank you for any tips you can give to help me past the "space!"

@@adoa77the real way to know is to do the work yourself. Start by reading ‘Changing the Habit of Being Yourself.’ Check it out from your library if cost is a concern. Once you understand the science behind it and how to do it, you’ll be on your way. There are literally thousands of people with testimonials similar to this. Dr Joes work is changing me. I’m only a few weeks in and already doing so much better mentally and emotionally. I know it’s hard to hope, especially if you’ve tried many things, but you are a divine being. "Healing - One Step at a Time" is a personal account of Anna, who was diagnosed with a rare form of multiple sclerosis that took away her ability to walk. This led her to struggle with anger and depression. However, after finding Dr. Joe's meditations, she began to feel grateful, happy, and in love with her life. During a Week Long Advanced Retreat, Anna had a vision of her future self. This vision led to a change in her outer world that reflected her inner transformation. She describes a moment during a retreat where she felt her future self holding and encouraging her. Later, during a walking meditation, she felt her future self enter her body. From that point on, her future self was herself and she never used her cane again. Anna emphasizes the importance of internal work and self-love in overcoming difficult circumstances. She believes in the power of meditation and shares her personal experience of going from a wheelchair to walking after only two weeks of meditation. The video was submitted online in February 2022 and published on KZbin on March 4, 2022. As of the time of the summary, it has received 99,942 views, 4,899 likes, and 574 comments.

Smudge your place with sage... I once left for a month long vocation. When I came back, I felt during a meditation the energy of my old self still lingering in my home. The word that came out of my mouth was "EW"... Open windows and ALLOW the memory of the old self to leave the house. Sometimes change happens gradually and if not journaled, it can be quite unnoticeable... if you comepare yourself with you that you were last night it is very subtle. However if you look back a month ago or a year the transformation is much more apparent...Thank you for sharing your miracle! 🙏

You are so so beautiful! You are pure love! Your testimony made me cry with joy 😁 i watched that clip where you’re walking and running and felt exactly how you felt in that moment! I know this all too well! Had this ms diagnosis for 13years and it’s been very hard, to say the least. I had the period where wheelchair was needed, was really struggling to walk or move during long periods of time.. I tried everything and was Really determined to get better. I never gave up and never saw myself as “ms-er”. I started doing the work (meditations) religiously a year ago, I said to myself “you have no other options, this is it you’ve tried everything else.” I started feeling better in my own skin and started loving myself and my life. Things started to shift. In September this year my neurologist told me that I am in remission!! And my diagnosis was downgraded from ADVANCE MS to Relapsing MS! After maybe 8 years of them telling me that the disease was progressing I finally felt like I made a real progress!! I am working on myself everyday and like you said not only concentrating on the healing.. I want to be love, and to be a part of the divine! This is the way to rise above everything else! I thank you for sharing your love and inspiring story! Much much love and light 🙏🏼💙 to you and everyone here!

Hi, my body also has been diagnosed with symptoms of MS and I am preparing to go to one of Dr. Joe‘s weeklong retreats. I just wanted to ask a question, as a person with a disability, Do I need to have someone accompany me Or is Assistance available should I need it? I think I may have answered my own question, just feeling scared doing it on my own even though I have been meditating on my own for the past year and never feel alone. You absolutely can do this. Just remember not to try to control the process. Become and be aware of how wonderful it is that you are healed. Put as much emotion (joy, gratitude, awe) as you can into that awareness but don't attempt to structure how you will get there. The life force in you knows what to do. One day you will KNOW that it's working. It's difficult to describe but there's this feeling of absolute certainty that crops up out of nowhere . This has worked for me in the past and I have no doubt at all it will happen for you also.

Your testimony is very encouraging. I myself tend(ed) to so much rely on external factor so many therapies, so many ceremonies, different healers, doctors, prescription medication!. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's d. around 6 y ago. And I understand what it means to not being functional. I found dr. Joe work few months ago and I started doing blessings of the energy centers for the last month almost daily. I feel better mentally, but physically not really. So many symptoms that I don't know what to focus on as a start. Would you have any suggestions?
@stephenblidgeon9551
@stephenblidgeon9551 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Ania, just as a suggestion DON'T focus on what your physical condition supposedly is but have your focus and intention on what you want. Even though Joe does not suggest visualisation but just intention gratitude and thanks, I have visualized for years. I think it's mostly the intention of what you want and blessing to the energy centres that will bring your future self even closer. So, I'd say see your future self as you want it to be. Absolute persistence daily meditations and it'll come when you least expect it, oh and don't have expectation have gratitude for the health you have and the future self which is here. 🤗

Hey Ania, Dr. Joe says that have vision of the future and practice daily who you want to become. When your meditation is over if you get up by being the same person it might not work. @@aniakruszewska7805 I've been practicing meditation since I was 18yrs old, 54yrs now. Mostly much more serious over the last 10 years. Influences off bob Proctor, Jake ducey and of cause dr Joe. But I've healed myself physically over the years from various muscular injuries through visualisation and affirmations through Silva method teachings back in the late 80s, Silva has made a revival lately. My personality has changed has it has to over the years, to change your reality you have to change your personality to the person you want to become. Just really focus without question on who you want to be and practice it, see it and don't let others move you off track. 30mins meditation everyday has installed this in me but also every night I listen to audio affirmations from Bob Proctor Jake ducey and dr Joe amongst a few. This helps to reaffirm subconsciously that person you want to be. Much love and practice is there key. 🤗🥰

I relate to her so much. I declared 'ankylosing spondylitis' in 2011 (already got a hint with a peripheral inflammation) and I started practicing sophrology (which is a mix of guided meditation, relaxation,oriental practices) and I cured it completely in October 2016. It is an AMAZING journey, and such a blessing to experience a disease, because it is a call from your soul manifesting in your body (that's how I felt it) and WE are in charge, WE have all the power. Not anyone else, no therapist, nada.

My small issues are a grain of sand comparing to yours, and I believe I can heal myself, but there is a strong wish to prove the healing for others, and this will only work when the only one that needs to believe is myself Many people do not believe me when I speak about Dr Joe, and I know it is 100% effective. When you say do not call for it, let it go, surrender, this is what I need to do. I need to look inside me and let the other opions behind me. thank you so much, and congrats in your healing, this is amazing and powerful.

I liked this testimonial a lot! However, I’m admittedly a bit confused. I’ve been doing BOTEC 1 only for a short while so I’m still fairly new to everything and hopefully someone can help me out! In this video, Anna said that when she tried to “call in” her healing, it wouldn’t work because there was the energy of lack. But when she let go and focused on gratitude and love for life itself, that’s when she experienced the healing without necessarily trying. My confusion is within the guided meditation I’ve been doing (Blessings of the Energy Centers 1) and during that meditation, Dr. Joe tells us to set our awareness on each energy center and “input new information” with an elevated emotion. I was under the impression that this meant we should envision what we want (new information), feeling gratitude as if we already have it. I’ve also seen in another testimonial where this method worked. Yet here, it seems I’m being told it creates lack. Can someone help explain? Am I misunderstanding the meditation? Like I said, I’m VERY new to everything (literally on day 4) but I’m trying to learn so any feedback will be greatly appreciated! 😊😌

Hi! I hear what your are saying. I was listening to another video of Dr Joe-- Maybe it was the new video with the expert panel on the website---But I heard him say "Have I ever told you to VISUALIZE (something something), No! I tell you to BECOME AWARE..." (of space, or blackness, or potential in the quantum field). Something like that. Sorry, I can't remember ver batum, but it has really helped me since hearing. I try to do that now. Instead of visualize, or imagine, or in other wise use my MIND to picture things, I simply let go, become aware, have no resistance and in no way TRY to THINK what I want. Just accept what IS and become thankful for all you have right now. You lack nothing. Believe it.

This is also my question? I would say do both because dr joe himself said he visioned each bone in his backs being healed. Also every time I healed something I did the same.

Hi! I hope this explanation is usefull for all, just trying to help... think of your big toe... where is it? you know the answers without looking, you're awareness is in you're big toe, that's all, that's the awareness working... you don`t need to visualize so... i.e. you have a sore throat, well you think of a "happy throat", don't try "to heal it" or attract the healing because you are the healer and the healee, so if you are trying to attract it, that means you don't have it... so you are lacking the power that is in you to heal... it doesn't work when you lack your own power, so just be aware feel the happiness in your throat and that's all, let the intelligence within you do the work... you dont have to do anything, when he says "be aware" that's just like a pin point in your body and "it" knows what to do... let go

I’ve been sending each energy center and associating a mantra to each center that I want to BE when I get up from each meditation. My mantras are as follows: 1st center- I am powerful. I’m creative. I can create miracles. (I know this to be true because I’m alive and had to partake in the 9 months of manifestation that occurred before anyone tangibly saw me.) 2nd center- (where as a fetus i was safely and securely housed) I speak to this center and say, I am safe and secure. All of my needs are provided for in full and beyond. 3rd center- I am happy and jolly. (After realizing my creative power, my ability to manifest miracles, knowing I’m secure and safe and that all my needs are met, it’s a lot easier to find happiness from within instead of needing to protect and go into survival mode.) Center 4- I have such a love for life! I share my love for life with others. I feel so much love! Center 5- I express my love for life! Center 6- My words become law. I speak of my love for life and listen for everything I can and focus on everything I can that validates my love for life! (I can focus on the opposite but then that would throw off my lower centers. And so those low frequency thoughts have to change.) Center 7- I am so grateful for my breath and for being alive with every breath I take. I’m so grateful I can breathe easily! I only focus on things that validate my love for life. As I connect all of these 7 centers, the 8th angel halo opens above my head into the dark nothingness on the other side of it. At that point, I get out of my body and allow the pure white light to flow in and out of this no-thingness space above where my body used to be. It now encases the body and surrounds it in a protective light that stretches out as far as my arms and surrounds my balanced energy like a human-sized beach ball. At that point, I can get up and walk into the world at the highest potential I can possibly tap into. Nobody or nothing can take me down in frequency but myself. As I go through my day, I can check myself by running my thoughts through these chakras and asking if my morning mantra matches how I’m being as I walk throughout the day! It’s a Check myself before I wreck myself method. Hope this helps. Others probably do it differently. This really helps get my thoughts and feelings back into alignment with my energy centers when I get triggered unexpectedly.

You have to understand that all disease is a lowering of frequency, lower calibration of your consciousness due to negative emotions of stress, anger, grief, pity, loneliness etc. All healing happens in an environment of Joy, Gratitude, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, Satisfaction etc. So dont focus on trying to heal your condition. Rather, just focus on raising your vibration/ state of mind to be able to constantly feel previously mentioned +ve emotions (Even outside meditation). Maintain that elated happy feeling felt at the end of the meditation THROUGHOUT the day. Don’t Disconnect from it. This may take some practice. It should be second nature and effortless. When Dr Joe mentions the field of nowhere nothing in no time, the field formed from the collective consciousness, it really isn’t something new! Its just something too complex too explain so throughout the ages that field was called, you guessed it, GOD! If you’re an atheist call it Universe, Infinite power, Higher Consciousness etc. Whatever floats your boat. I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED listening to videos of Joseph Murphey & Ernest Holmes. And DEFINITELY READ ‘Letting Go’ & “healing and Recovery’ both by Dr David Hawkins. I will gladly help with anymore doubts 😁

I can understand the dilemma! I came to Dr. Joe's work through a KZbin video, and started listening to podcast interviews, watched his show "Rewired" on Gaia, and bought some meditations, and the online course "The Formula". I am listening/reading his books and started with "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself", which I think is a good place to start, as it provides a clear foundation, scientifically, that helps make sense of everything else. After his books, I plan to participate in the Progressive/Advanced online courses, with the hope of attending a week long event. I hope that helps!
