Mai 2 year se depression anxiety,panic attack insomnia se pareshan hu jino ko dil nahi kar raha hai maine Alprazolam 1mg lena suru kar diya abb usse bhi nind jyada der tak nahi aaraha hai agar drug nalu toh din bhar gardan me sir me dard muscle straching logo ka paas hone se bhi dar lagta hai what should I do jine ka dil nahi kar raha hai

I also have the same problem whenever i go out in crowd i feel that everyone looking at me and laughing at me, then my heartbeat increase and my body starts trembling due to nervousness , the muscles around my lips start shaking, if i make even a small mistake in public my mind loses it's balance, in such situation i start sweating i feel very scared, so i try to come home early from crowded or public places 🤕

mam mere...... ko time dekhane ki ocd hai vo har ek aakade ko ye accha hai ye bura hai aesa sochata hai har tarikh ko acchi tarikh buri tarikh day ke bare me bhi ye 3 number day accha nhi hai 5 number accha hai 2, 6, 8 acche nhi hai 7, 1 accha hai wensday accha nhi hai, friday accha hai etc time par jyadha dhyan jata hai accha time dekhakar kam karna acchi tarikh dekhakar kam karana time bohot messege send krte vaqt bhi time dekht a hai status dalte vaqt bhi time aakkdo ka calculation krta hai isase stress bohot hota hai aur time wastage hota hai isame kya aap kuch bata sakte ho to bataye..
