Mujhe bhi mam 8 month ho gye anxiety h bt koi reason nhi tha ab samaj aya ki b12 ki vajey se ye sab hua. Dr ne sab test kiye the b12 ki kami ayi thi. Mujhe samaj nhi aya tha ki ye sab kyo hua jab maine kuch socha ni. Mam mera apse milne ka bahut mann tha. Maine try bhi kiya bt financial problem ki vajey se nhi mil payi. Bt ab milugi 1april ko.

my b12 level is 147 and yes i did research by myself and it made me more stressful i am having my daily injection of b12 it's been 7 days i also have anxity physical symptoms and panic attacks since the day i found my deficiency when it's going to end i am really working on it by doing meditation yoga but i am tensed 😭 please help
