Ma'am me jab koi bhi kam karte rehte hoon to focus kam me nahi hota. Dimag main thought chalte rehte hain.jiski baare main me sochta hi nahi.imaginary thought chalte rehte hain aur me chah kar bhi rok nahi pata. Thought system automatic jaise chalte hain.aur uske bad Bahut jyada anxiety. Uske bad gussa aur mood off ho jate hain....please ma'am ye thought ko kaise Aana bandh kar sakte hain aur mind ekdom free and relax rahe uske upar video banaye 🙏
