I personally disagree, and while I'm happy for you to have your own opinion, I think it'd be best if you look closely at Google Images or something when coming with the critiques, because it would show you that he doesn't have the buckle on the movie shoes. Here's a wonderful example of the image I went with when creating Sonic, which I always use reference images when creating for - images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/81zWbg-HJ-L._AC_SY741_.jpg and cdn.flickeringmyth.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Sonic-character-posters-2-563x1000.jpg The shoes might be one of the most accurate *parts* of this creation, and I definitely hope you realize this is Scribblenauts....it isn't a drawing, painting, or something with unlimited potential; we work within the confines of the game. As far as the ear color, the blue part is like the rest of his fur, which when I actually look at those images I sent earlier, the fur looks almost *exactly the same* shade of blue as I made my Scribblenauts Sonic.. now the inner more tan/cream-colored ear fur looks different based on the lighting that's hitting Sonic so I could see someone choosing a darker shade of the cream color...but that'd really be getting nit-picky or splitting hairs, figuratively speaking.
