Beautifully said Dr. Khadar. We are so blessed to have such clear cut information from a scientist and doctor that is candid and walks his talk and talks the walk. Kudos to Dr. Khadar Vali and Dr. Hegde, the only 2 doctors in the world who do not give a damn to the medical system and have the guts to stand their ground with ethics and morals.

Heard so much about what to eat by so many doctors and science, and unfortunately they all differed. Having said this, I'm going to eat whatever I want to eat, always in moderation and I don't have any of those diseases at almost 74. Good health for all! Oops, it's dinner time, and I'm having 1 chapati-two vegetables-potato curry with little brown rice- and nothing for dissert. Take care of your health!

I am so grateful for all the knowledge you have provided me on millets. I have a request can you make a video on how to make banana stem curry- hence which banana stem can be used? Till what length and which part of the stem to be used. I will be extremely grateful if you shed the light on this subject as well because there is no clear guidance on this subject on youtube. 🙏🙏🙏

Sir I have doubt... Actually the fibre percentage including the water weight of the leafy vegetables that means if 2% of fibre in 100 grams means it is not that 2% after removing water... In dried leafy vegetables it may be 20-30%

Sir, since vegetables are rich in water they don’t require fibre. Is it not right that fibre strands also get stuck in intestine?
