@chessstudy3204 Agar tumhe anxiety hai to ek baar psychiatrist se baat karo aur medicine lene ko agar bolte hai to lo. Mujhe nahi pata na tumhara symptoms kya kya hai. Psychiatrist se milo aur therapy ke liye drktv kafi hai
