He has done MBBS and MD in Psychiatry from SPMC, Bikaner, Rajasthan , Currently posted as consultant in PBM hospital Bikaner.
Apart from his consultation in hospital and home Dr.Kanaiya also give teachings of psychiatry to Pre PG aspirants. He also has known for his public speaking abilities and life coach training. He regularly conducts workshops on different aspects of mental health on various platforms.

बहुत ही महान कार्य लोगों को खुश रहना सिखाना मेने कहीं सुना था डाक्टर भगवान का रूप होता है और पिछले१ साल मे महसूस भी किया आप वास्तव में भगवान हो में लगातार ३महिने तक एंजाइटी का शिकार रहा कुछ अच्छा न लगना पूरा दिन दिमागी लड़ाई में चला जाता था और हाथ में सिर्फ निराशा लेकर पूरी रात बिच बिच में जागकर सोता रहता और सुबह वहीं दिमागी लड़ाई लड़ता में काफी परेशान हो गया फिर २महिने बाद मुझे पता चला मुझे एंजाइटी है उसकि वजह से में डिप्रेशन में रहने लगा हर समय कोई गंभीर घटना जैसे हार्ट अटेक या अन्य बिमारी की शंका मुझे परेशान करती थी फिर मेने नेट पे सर्च मारना शुरू किया परिणाम के मुताबिक योगा, हार्डवर्क,जिम जोइन कर ली और शरीर को तोड़ना शुरू कर दिया लगभग 20%खुश रहने लगा और हालात में महिने भर में सुधार शुरू हो गया फिर फिर वेट लिफ्टिंग की वजह से मेरा बेक मसल्स तनाव मार गया हार्डवर्क बन्द 15day तक कोई भी फिजीकली एक्सरसाइज बन्द एक महीने मेरे दिमाग में नकारात्मक विचारों ने घर कर लिया कुछ याद न रहना काम में मन नहीं लगना परेशान होकर फिर से नेट पर सर्च मारना शुरू किया और मुझे कन्हैया सर का चेनल मिला मेने 5,6दिनो में इनके सारे विडियो देख लिए और इन्होंने जो भी बताया वो मेने आखरी सत्य समझकर किया चाहे वो नंगे पैर र चलना हो चाहे अश्वगंधा हो मेडिटेशन मार्निंग वाक मन्दिर जाना और में दिन दोगुना रात चौगुनी बेहतर होता गया और दो महीने सात आठ दिनों में वापिसी वहीं दिनचर्या में आ गया और आज मुझे 9महिने से ज्यादा का समय हो गया में सिर्फ इन दिनों में दो से तीन बार परेशान हुआ लेकिन वो नये थोट 10,15मिनट हि रूके और चले गये इस मेरी नयी खुशि भरी लाइफ देने में सर का बहुत बड़ा हाथ है दिल से बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर
