People do not realize that the specialty you do is not just the body, this takes a special type of commitment to healing. Using the tools! finally someone said it 👍. Thank You. love how you master what ever is thrown at you for the patients. Nice

I think it's awesome how you are willing to try new things but you also use whichever method or methods is best for each specific patient. I think this is a much better strategy than just using one method no matter what the circumstance. It shows that your concern is truly about each and every patient!

I love how you work ! Love that you completely empty each pore, that you don't put the blackheads on your gloves or line them up on your clients faces as if they were trophies & no longer seem too rough. You have a very soothing voice, Dr. And the way you narrate your videos is calming and gentle. You do great work. I like how gentle you are with your patients, especially when dealing with an enflamed pustule that must be painful. My father got acne like that, and he wouldn't let anyone touch the ones that got red and angry-looking. He would have gotten rid of the infection and pain a lot faster if he had let Mum or I gently drain them.

Interesting how so many people are absolutely convinced a cyst will continually reoccur if the sac is not removed. The necessity of removing the sac has been drummed into them by certain other channels even though they even say that the cyst *might* come back if the sac is left not that it will for sure. Yes, it can happen it's not a certainty. Often simply emptying the contents and disrupting the cyst is enough to get the body to break down the sac so the cyst never returns. This patient wanted to go the conservative route of only emptying contents because she was trying to avoid more scars so she specifically asked that he didn't cut her. She wanted to see if that was enough to make the cyst go away and that is her right as a patient. There is a chance it could return but she is willing to take that chance to try and avoid a scar.

@jonfred96756 жыл бұрын
a great post. The sac does not have to be removed. Most videos we see on YT are from american docs who often do more than they have to as insurance will pay = more $$$$$$. A drainage wont earn them as much $$$ as a sac removal, which would likely be classified as minor surgery.
@predatorhousepet43956 жыл бұрын
Besides, the contents look partially broken down. There may not *be* a sac that can be removed.

🫤 The first one was not a “deep comodone” but a cyst, right? And why cauterize it to open it!? Why not just open it with a tiny slice? Cauterizing looked painful and also like a guaranteed scar. Also the cyst tore open on it’s own beside the cauterization so that scarring is for nothing. And was the sac removed? If not won’t it just refill?
@tinamiolen80094 ай бұрын
I’m also wondering why she didn’t extract the sac that everything was in. Something with that much fluid would have a sac.
