സാർ എനിക്ക് മുഖകുരു കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. ഇടകിടക് അത് ചൊറിഞ്ഞു പൊട്ടും. അതിൽ നിന്ന് പഴുപ്പും ചോരയും വരും. രണ്ടു കവിളിലും ഫുൾ ഉണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് ഗോതമ്പു ഫുഡ്‌ കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ മുഖത്തു ചൊറിച്ചിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. സാർ അരി ഭക്ഷണം എനിക്ക് കഴിക്കാമോ. എനിക്ക് 31 വയസ്സ് ആയി. 75kg ഉണ്ട്. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ ഗൾഫിൽ ആണ്. എനിക്ക് മുകക്കുരു പ്രശ്നം തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് 10 വർഷമായി. കുറെ dr രുടെ മരുന്ന് എടുത്തു. ഒരുമാറ്റ വുമില്ല. താരനും ഉണ്ട്.കവിൾ രണ്ടും ചുവപ്പ് കളറാ വും ഭയങ്കര വിഷമമം സാർ എന്റെ അവസ്ഥ.

We don't need surgery I guess. Both my kids have adenoids. They used to have recurrent cold and cough. I corrected their diet and I saw changes. I was very scared when a doctor told me it should be removed if the symptoms don't go away
