നല്ല ഒരു ഡൊക്ടർ. ഒത്തിരി കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു മനസ്റ്റിലാക്കി തന്നു . എനിക്ക് ഗോയിറ്റർ സർജറി കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഒരു മാസമായി . കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് എന്റെ ഇടത്തെ ഭാഗം മുഴുവനായിട്ടും വേദനയാണ് ഷോൾ ടർ മുതൽ പുറവും ഭാരിയും വയറും അടിവയറും ഊരയും കാലും കാലിന്റെ അടി വരെ വേദനയാണ് ചർദ്ദിക്കാനും വരും. ഇതിനൊരുക്കുറ്റും ഇല്ല .. സർജ്ജ റി കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരാഴ്ച 100. ന്റെ ഗുളികയാണ് കഴിച്ചത് പിന്നെ ഒരാഴ്ച്ച കഴിഞ്ഞു ചെന്നപ്പോൾ 150- ആക്കി . 1 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു ചെന്നപ്പോൾ T SH ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തു. 0.05.200 കഴിക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. കാൽസ്യം ഗുളിക കഴിക്കുന്നണ്ട് ഈ വേദനകൾക്കൊന്നും ഒരുക്കുറവും ഇല്ല സാർ ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തരണം ഞാൻ ഇനി എന്ത് ടെസ്റ്റാണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ?

Hi Dany , Pls stop all gluten free products for atleast one month and observe the changes in your body and if have thyroid check its level tooo… Then next month you can avoid milk and check again…. You can take yogurt instead of milk or can take badam milk or can have egg … likewise you can substitute milk.

Thanku ഡോക്ടർ. ഞാൻ hypothroid patient ആണ്. കുറച്ചു months കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ THS level normal ആണ്. പക്ഷേ weight കൂടുന്നു, തലകറക്കം, ക്ഷീണം, tension, anger ഒരു മാറ്റവും വരുന്നില്ല. ഞാൻ BP, sugar എല്ലാം test ചെയ്തു അതും normal. ഇപ്പോൾ ഡോക്ടർ vedio കണ്ട ശേഷം ഞാൻ Anti thyroid peroxides test ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ test റിസൾട്ട്‌ വളരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണെന്ന് കണ്ടുപിടിച്ചു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ consulting doctor correct treatment start ചെയ്തു.
