@@pardhusunkara6311 yes, you can take multivitamin that supports and help the hair to regrowth faster having greater thickness than before. You can choose Keraglo men / follihair , both are nice. Keraglo contains high amount of biotin as compare to follihair. 2nd you can use procapil based serum , this will be the natural substitute for minoxidil, it will not cause any side effects like minoxidil. 3nd you should start using Ketagonazole based shampoo, specially if you having dandruff or fungal.This will help you. Danclear, keraglo Ad are some of the shampoo you can use for it. Last, you should maintain your diet, include seeds- flaxseeds(omega),pumpkin seeds.take green tea, protein rich food, green veggies. Also i used to do balayam daily from last 2months.
