There's definitely a reason to why I came across this video on KZbin: kzbin.info of Jyovis Ayurveda and I was very happy to see the results. I even followed few of the tips explained and it actually worked. Then I finally decided to contact on ...... (+91 7304365455) to cure my Problem from the root cause. The team really helped me a lot. i'm 17 year old girl from Tokyo. I always remember that everyone feels discomfort too. Just breathe it out and try to calm down as much as you can and let it all out. Don't panic too much in restrooms, pain will go away. I recommend not drinking water after eating if you really can't. Warm your feet, taking hot baths, drinking the right herbal tea and making yourself avoid stressing out by distracting yourself. sleep atleast 7 hours, exercise atleast 1 hour a day and don't let IBS break your wonderful life. I've been in several hospitals lately and they knew it was IBS but all they were giving me is medicines. I've been skipping classes and it saddens me. For teenagers who feels like this, I recommend drinking Yakult. avoid cereals too much. Fruits like banana and avocados helps me a lot. We can get through this.

I have had IBS & Panic Attacks for over 2 years now... These two illnesses are like evil twins. One can trigger the other. I've had the majority of gastrointestinal tests that doctors can perform and they can't find anything. In fact, my family doctor told me that one can eat the same foods for a week and be fine and then eat the same foods again for a 2nd week and get diarrhea / constipation - that's what makes IBS so hard for doctors to treat.

northstar2671 if you can relate to my story im sure your living a nightmare. one day i ate some random food and the next day everything felt apart. i start having diarrhea, wasnt that bad first 2 yrs i could actually go out and enjoy life but in the 3 yr thing got pretty serious. i started loose weight, suffer from gastritis, hemorrhoids and a constant diarrhea. i went about 15-25 times every single day and i visit every doctor in the country, spent thousands of dollars on medication and all doctor said was take drugs. i was so mad taking those drug because i wanted to be healthy and enjoy life but i was sure that by taking those drug i wouldnt achieve real health and i was completly lost. to the point i wanted to commint suicide. until the day i start reading about nature medicine so i first read '' 80 10 10 diet'' and then ''the gerson therapy'' i was in shock on how bad i was eating and i could tell why i got to this point so i said to myself '' this is the only way to cure this'' so i stayed up late every night looking for something organic and after several months i found ''listen to your ibs'' by jini patel thompson, i could tell this was going to help me and after reading it and understanding why my stomach got to that point i could start making dramatic progress. after reading this book and a bunch of others that gave me tips on how to make it more efficient i came up with a plan. btw to came up with this plan it took me 3months of experimenting and after i was ibs free i said to myself that i would help everyone who needed this plan and cure this awful disease. I came here because dr hyman its correct in everything he said but i found this after reading and spending all that money, i just change somethings to make it more efficient. INGREDIENT= L-glutamine 500mg, zing 50mg, omega 3 fatty acids, phsylium husk pills(powder form will be less efficient) AND the most important is taking probiotics of atleast 12 billion of good bacteria(theres few probiotics that actually help because when you take it on a capsule or tablet form the stamch acids kill almost everything and the problem is on the small intestine so by the time it reaches the small intestine almost every living bacteria is dead so it doesnt help you) thats why you mixed with SPECIAL DARK CHOCOLATE** this is the most important thing** HOW TO MIXED YOUR PROBIOTIC WITH SPECIAL DARK CHOCOLATE real easy stuff warm the chocolate and pour it to a small cup and then open up the pills and start mixing it. Now, you have to take ATLEAST 50 biillions of good bacteria. this is the most important in this plan, you have to buy SPECIAL DARK CHOCOLATE. not milk chocolate, not white chocolate not any other but SPEACIAL DARK CHOCOLATE. this chocolate is harder than any other thing to digest so by mixing it with probiotics makes a killer medicine and the cure for IBS. IBS CURE PLAN upon waking up take 1 pill of 500mg glutamine than wait 20-30 min and take your speacial dark probiotic and wait 1hr to eat breakfast, after breakfast take 2 pills of 50mg zinc and your omega 3 fatty acid. 30min before your lunch take 2 pills of physylium husk 30 before dinner take 2 pills of phsylium husk after already having dinner dont have anything but water and after waiting 2yrs take the special dark probiotic ******really important to eat atleast 12 billions of good bacteria***** THATS IT GUYS you will see dramatic changes in a couple of days, i feel free to say than in a couple of days you with have dramatic changes but remember to do it as i said, dont leave anything out because everyone is as important as the oother one. PLEASE EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT MORE HELP AND HOPE YOU GUYS START FEELING ALRIGHT AND HAVE YOUR LIFES BACK! GOOD LUCK

I had IBS for 4 years. A nutritionist told me to drink one measuring cup of kefir per day. Drink it straight or mix it in a smoothie. It completely resolved my problem overnight. Later on, I discovered tumeric. I added that to my kefir drink, because it helps with inflammation. That's all you need to do. Hope this helps someone out there because I know how painful it could be. I gave this remedy to four other people I know, and it worked on every occasion. By the way, you don't have to use the tumeric, it's just an additional boost.

I spent $3,500 over 1 1/2 years with a functional medicine doctor and she didn't fix my gut. She started with a metabolic cleanse and each time I saw her she would give me different supplements for my gut. She would have me try a powder, then something else... There was no plan, no "remove, replace, re-establish, repair." She actually seemed baffled at why my gut wasn't healing. What a total waste of money. I'm doing it all on my own now!

I got IBS from a doctor!!! - an integrative doctor who treated Lymes disease with antibiotics long term until I got diarrhea from antibiotics, about 3 months later. Then she tried to treat IBS with one after another expensive “supplements” that she sold … none of which did anything but make things worse. (The supplements were all based on plants and fiber.)Then I started losing more and more foods due to having attacks of 911 emergencies to the bathroom within 30-45 minutes after eating and became very restricted. (If I needed to leave the house, I just wouldn’t eat until I got home. Thank goodness I work from home!) She told me to use Imodium. 😢 Stopped paying out of pocket to her after thousands of dollars… Now I’m searching here for help - and without extra funds (spent it all on that doctor) Tried 30 day strict Carnivore and that stopped the pain and cramping (which was daily 7/10) and I’m super grateful for that. After 3 weeks of carnivore, frequency of BMs returned to my normal of once daily in the morning, but still not formed stools, but improving. Don’t need Imodium any more. I added rice and then potatoes after 5 weeks and still doing ok. Getting formed stools some times, but not all the way back to normal. Still restricted diet - still not eating fruit or veg yet. “Super Gut” by Dr. Davis is looking like the next good place to go. Going to try that L. Reuteri superbiotic yogurt to repopulate my gut with healthy bacteria. Got the book and the probiotic tablets. Going to try my InstantPot yogurt setting first, but may need to buy Ultimate yogurt maker that’s #1 on Amazon to incubate at proper temperature - just search L. Reuteri supergut yogurt on YT. Thinking about buying the breathe analyzing machine to test for SIBO called FoodMarble Aire 2 which tests for hydrogen and methane gas after you eat certain foods. Hoping it might help out when I try bringing back fruits and veg. Unfortunately the Aire 2 is over $250. Going to re-introduce low FODMAP foods first, then test the high FODMAP foods slowly one at a time. (Just search low FODMAP diet for IBS on YT and web.) Plan to permanently stay off sugar, ultra-processed foods, chemicals and junk, which I pretty much was before the Lymes anyway. 🙏🙏🙏 Hoping and praying to my angels that I will heal and be able to return to eating balanced diet again. ❤ I’m sharing all this with the intention that this might help someone

I was born in Toronto. I've had IBS since 1978. Back then it wasn't so bad. I'd only get it on occasion. As the years went by it gradually got worse. I've had two Colonoscopys and they found nothing. I had the upper and lower GI tracks tested....NOTHING! Ultra sound....Nothing. They did everything and couldn't find a thing. They finally told me I had IBS. Back in the 1990's I moved to California and found my problem was getting really worse. Every day. Sometimes it was so severe I thought I was going to have to call 911. I became paranoid to go any where in case I had an attack. My truck had a Porta Potti for an emergency. I used to think.... you know I'd never heard of anyone having this problem back in the 1960's. Then I started thinking. IT'S GOT TO BE THE FOOD! Processed food. What the hell are they doing to us! Government approved too!. I moved back to Canada five years ago and the problems have lessened. I still get it on occasion, but no where near the severity as it was when I lived in the States. I trust no government, and no corporation. They wear horns on their heads! I should add One time I can have eggs and not have any problems, and then another time......... look out! I've used this saying for many years.....My stomach has a mind of it's own!

Sounds like you just have a gut imbalance. IBS is just a common term for an underlying issue. In fact IBS is rarely ever caused by just stress, there’s almost always an underlying cause like SIBO. I’ve had it for a long time and I’m on 3 different types of probiotics for 2 months now and I’m seeing big improvements. It was so bad I couldn’t even work or function, was just bed bound all day and couldn’t eat anything. Now I’m starting to work again and my gut is more calm than ever.

But we moved into a city where we could only buy processed white flour bread, this had me lying up in bed in agony for hours! No need to do useless diets. IBS is curable. There is already a cure and a cause known to ayurveda. Medical world does not believe. What you have is a navel displacement. It gets displaced by lifting heavy weights or just placing your pressure on one leg only. The navel is connected to 32,000 nerves of the body and acts as the center of gravity. when that center of gravity gets distorted, our body reacts to it by damaging the digestive system. Go to an ayurvedic physician and ask him to put your navel into its position. I was in your position once, but got cured. Remember, even the worlds best medication won't cure you. @nihalshah198
@nihalshah198 5 жыл бұрын
@@erenyuksek9733 the navel is the solar Plexus of the body. I mean to say the belly button. Below the belly button, there is an air bubble that connects 32,000 nerves in the body and it serves as the center of gravity of this body. A displacement occurs when you lift something extremely heavy in the gym or generally somewhere where you had to lift. Once this belly button gets displaced, our body reacts to it by damaging the digestive system completely which is why you get IBS. our medical doctors do not believe in navel displacement and therefore IBS has no known cause and cure. If you know an ayurvedic physician in your country or if there is anyone practicing ayurveda, just go to them and tell them that you have a petchoti/dharan/navel displacement. They will be able to put it back into it's position and you shall start healing. Our doctors have been debating on the cures and causes for IBS. trust me, even if you have access to the world's best medication, you are never going to feel well unless your navel is back into it's position. Please note that I have suffered for about one year from Ibs and have now healed once my navel got into it's position. For more information please Google navel displacement/petchoti and you shall know the technicalities of them. I assure you that you shall be cured. IBS is an accute rather than a chronic disease. The problem with medical doctors is that they don't want to believe that something like navel displacement exists. It is my wish that one day everyone knows that IBS is curable and that nobody should be told by the doctor that IBS has no known cure, cause and that it can only be managed by a diet. Hope I have answered you

Its not a physical issue. Its an emotional one. Scientists are now discovering that the gut stores emotions. When u go through immense trauma and emotional turmoil if not dealt with ull soon start to see this manifesting. Deal with yr emotional health and this issues will get sorted. Every food can trigger it bcoz its not thr food. Its the emotional wounding stored in tbr bowels. Thats what i learnt from some wise people And i started doing the work to heal the issue at the root. For me Fear, grief, guilt , shame , regret, loneliness triggered it after my mom passed away. These were issues building up inside me but that event really 0ushed it over the edge. Im now going back to clean the emotional closet and it is making a differencr on my digestive health. B4 u dismiss this think about it .

So, I have asked my VA doctor if I can be perscribed Xifaxan and Diflucan or Nystatin. Also worth noting is that I have Gulf War Syndrom and one of the symptoms is IBS. I probably have developed leaky guy as well, given some of the signs of it mentioned in this video. Would like to have a normal digestive system for a change... if its not too late.

Perhaps there is a missing link. A lot of people have problems in the lower back. When the nerves coming out the spine are not communicate properly with the brains and the bowels there could be a problem in the bowelmovement. So perhaps working on the lower back, the psoas muscle, belly breathing combining with drinking luke water and fresh warm food, meditation and making the right choices in life could help. I wish you all good luck.

Gastroenterologist after colonoscopy told me no seeds corn nuts soy or red meat. Didn’t realize I’ve had this since high school. My dad’s dad in England had colon cancer. So, I’m at risk for it. Doesn’t help that my mom’s family had trouble with ulcers. I was very careful with what I ate. Had flair ups on occasion but, now more frequent. The quality of the food now is so bad now, it’s aggravating my colon. The FDA is allowing chemicals and other bad ingredients that are banned in Europe. I had to give up ice cream, some cheese can mess with me.

There are different types of IBS. Some is more situational, some is easier to cure, and some is more like an inflamatory disorder and an autoimmune disorder. I really wish when I was a teen that I wasnt treated so poorly and told to drink more water and eat more fibre and also rejected by some doctors for even mentioning the word candida, like straight up told to never return to see them. It caused me to accept the unacceptable. It caused me to live with severe depression and a host of other issues. One of the biggest hurdles (I am now in my 40s) was to believe in a cure. I am now on that path. This can be a very serious issue. I unfortunately got rectal surgery (due to an infection that was also swept under thee rug by various doctors up and until I needed the surgery) and a result is living with chronic daily pain every day of my life and also dysfunction. I really regret being led astray. But I am hopeful life can get better.

Praying for you. I feel your frustration and defeated type of attitude....I share your sentiments..for sure. I am outraged and have lost faith in doctors. It's scary to know these people have human lives in their hands. And 90% do not give 1 f... they don't. They disregard. They guess they don't listen. ..and this u Is what happened to my mother in law. Who is now passed ...because doctors. Turned her away told her it'll heal on its own um she had blood cancer. The ? I have 0 trust in doctors. Tbh!

Amd the ones who seem offended that you have done your honework and ask questions. Its a lose lose. My mom in law died. After going for months to the er... she had cancer everywhere they would send her home. They were ..awful. im so angry doctor's need to be held accountable!!! And your comment breaks my heart. Consider a low FODMAP diet. I just started a strict elimination diet myself. I cooked ground beef with a taco packet from the store and still had IBS symptoms until I remembered FODMAP and lo and behold there's garlic and onion powder in everything! Had to get a Monash approved taco seasoning from Amazon. I'm also going to try some of those anti-bacterial and anti-fungal herbs also to see if that helps too...One other thing to look into is Jeff T. Bowles and the high dose Vitamin D3 cure...

Do you know what a doctor of Functional Medicine means? He states that because he believes more in foods curing internal issues FIRST before medications. We can throw down a bunch of pills but if we don't get to the root cause of the issue; we'll STILL be feeling ill. It's ALL in what we eat... that's all he's saying babe. Grace & Peace...

I have had IBS for nearly 2 years now and it's more then just SIBO. I got tested for Sibo pretty early on and when found to be positive I imminently went on treatment and it cleared it out pretty good, went from getting bloated on practically anyfood you could think of to only getting bloated from bread, pastas and beans. subsequent breath tests have been negative but still many symptoms remain aside from the bloating I get from aforementioned foods I get bad cramping and often times very light colored stool especially when I eat bread, my stool also rarely comes out as long solid pieces as it used to but instead comes out in many small pieces. beyond this some days I have fatigue for almost no reason at all (apparently common in IBS) and I sometimes get these sharp prickly pains over my body that I have no idea what they are but didn't exist before IBS. beyond this I have borderline high BUN and the doctors can't seem to figure why it's so high when my kidneys have shown to be perfectly healthy on several tests but I suspect this too is related to my gut. any help figuring the rest of this out would be greatly appreciated.

...I believe that water is the most powerful and beneficial transport medium. On an empty stomach and One hour or a little more before eating mix 1 teaspoon powder to 6-8 ounces of warm water, wisk to incorporate and allow each tiny particle to absorb the water....time varies, keep it warm, go sit in your spot and slowly sip....take your time, this is your precious life we're talking about here. Accept the taste. This is the way. It's medicine. For one moon cycle, or 2... do it before eating every day. Then quit use......for one month. See what happens. 30 minutes before eating a cayenne pepper shot-1/4th teaspoon in 2-3oz of warm water, shoot it down. It tingles. It does not burn. It has disappeared the spider veins in my feet, among other things...... ....about 15 or so minutes before I eat, squeeze half a lemon in a shot glass. Shoot it down. I am on a mission 😎 to improve my health after quitting 28 years of pharmaceutical drugs. It's not easy to rebuild the gut microbiome being 76 years. I follow Dr. William Li- is a scientist. Barbara o'neill-a great Nanna, encyclopedic memory and quotes from the bible. Peggy Shermer on "gut feelings"- a fun new age radical that makes sense 😄 to me.

to let out gas from our stomach..... please be sure to test it. (sit down on a chair with our back bone straight up) 1. shake our head, and lift up and down our arms holding bottles(1.5 litter) on our both hands. (up and down) 2. blow out the air strongly and as long as possible with our mouth for about 5 minutes while shaking our head and arms. --- if you do this, a while later, some gas will start to come out of our stomach through our mouth in a shape of burping. 3. when we walk, we should put some more weight on our left leg(foot sole) - ibs from jang

I was so glad to hear you talking about IBS! I had sleeve surgery to quit gaining weight but since then I have had diarrhea. I have figured out a lot of the foods that I can not eat, drinking liquids too fast & I became lactose intolerant. Living on a Dairy Farm & always having drank our own milk, I miss it. I have a great immune system by heredity & I think drinking our milk & well water have helped me a lot. The IBS always affects my going places so I either don’t go or I take anti-diarrhea meds, which helps me a lot but I wonder how good it is for me taking them so often. I’m going to order your book right now. Thank you for your input.

Fasting will help since it gives your digestive system time to heal itself.

Yep, occasional IBS here, but whenever things are getting kinda 'outta whack' in general, I find fasting, even just for 12-18 hrs, and getting plenty of sleep seems to help a lot, regardless the ailment. The added sleep time promotes healing, and the fasting part seems to provide a system 're-set'.

I discovered that I had food allergies. Food dyes red number 5 especially. I was given 6 months to live. I was so ill and weak but I started eating rice cakes and water and gradually added food and drink to eliminate what bothered me. It took time but I haven't had any problems in almost 30 years. No doctor could help or do anything except order tests. I am not having another colonoscopy again! SMH Every person is different so try different foods that will work for you. You have to drink lots of water and eat very bland foods for awhile until your system settles down. No spice etc. It's not easy but it worked for me. Good luck everyone. I was planning my funeral and tried everything they told me and nothing helped. I still can't have tomatoes or sauce or acidic food but I can eat healthy now.
