Beautiful! In my (non-existent, in my head and TBM) city, I planned to simply have it as a club, while keeping the jazz themings. (AKA the name is [mostly] Jazz Club, haha.) I'm just about finishing up the base modular myself! I admit, I consider myself a bit of a newbie, I'm too worried about making heavy modifications to the set (not that I want to, I really like it, plus it's my first!) The only real thing I've got complaints about is the inability to access the toilet from a human standpoint. I do agree that the manager's office is in a pretty odd spot, if there were, theoretically a bit more space, I think it'd have made more sense to be at the back of the first floor. You, like you said, wouldn't want to drag a rowdy patron outside and up a staircase, or try to negotiate a new contract with a loud concert going on.

I love it when people take the Jazz Club and modify it so the 2nd and 3rd floor are also part of the club. I love your build but maybe the tailor shop needs to be something else that makes more sense. I was watching someone else who also made changes and they completely removed the tailor shop so that it became the club office which made sense!

I'd love to figure out how to build this so it's more like the city sets and it's open in the back, I haven't found a mod that does that yet.

The opening between the Jazzclub and the Pizzeria was a very odd idea of the Designer. Change the Pizzeria was a good idea. The same for using more space on the baseplate. Great to see it in Figsdale 😃👍

I agree. That’s why I didn’t buy it off the bat. I kept thinking it just didn’t make sense. But then I thought a bit more and figured that I’d try and make it suitable for my city as I hated to “ruin” my Modular collecting streak by not getting it…so the modifications were my way of justifying it lol.
